| Use the ePublishing Support Center to submit trouble tickets. You don't need a login to submit a ticket but you will need to register if you want to be able to see your support ticket history.
We support 2 priority levels. Please do not abuse Level 1 as this results in support staff being paged.

Level 1 - The issue requires immediate attention. ePublishing support staff will respond and engage within 15 to 30 minutes of receiving your ticket.

Level 2 - The issue does not require immediate attention. ePublishing support staff will respond and engage on the current or next business day.
